Our specialities include the “Make it With Meat “Diamond winning Smoked Beef. Which is succulent fillets of beef cured and marinated in red wine, herbs and spices and then cold smoked. Finally it is hand sliced for the perfect starter. We also have a full range of our own traditional dry-cured bacon and ham. If Parma ham is more your style then why not try our Whisky ham, which has a very distinctive flavour either in a salad or wrapped around monkfish tails perhaps ?

We also have our own hot and cold smoked salmon. In 2013-14 we gained another 2 one star awards and 1 two star award for our Spiced beef.

Smoking and curing is not the only produce we specialize in.

Donaldsons of Orkney have also won national awards for sausages and puddings . Our Pork, Red Orkney Cheese & Spicy Onion Chutney Sausages have a flavour as long as their title and are a must for all sausage fans. Equally tasty are the Pork, Smoked Pancetta Leek & Cheese Sausages a 1* Gold winner at the Great Taste Awards.
