We are proud to announce that our annual Community Halloween Fancy Dress Parade will be on the 28th of October at 2pm. Join Kirkwall City Pipeband and Just Dance Orkney on our much-loved parade from Trek and Travel (Bridge Street) to William Shearers (Victoria Street). Everyone is welcome and fancy dress is encouraged. Please arrive at 1:45 pm for a 2 pm start.
