Kirkwall Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the day they were issued. Remember, if you were given one for your Birthday or Christmas, it may have been bought a few days or even a few weeks in advance.
If you find out that your card has passed its 12-month lifespan, please phone the Miconex Customer Support number 01738 444376. They should be able to extend the life of your card for a maximum of three months.
Please note: Shops and other businesses can't do this, and neither can we at Kirkwall BID: only the Customer Support team at the card issuers are able to do this.
To find out what the balance on your card is, the date it was issued, and the date it expires, please go to www.getmybalance.com, or scan the QR code on the back of your card.
