A global tech company headquartered in the Orkney Islands, we're one of a kind. Our journey began in 2015, and since then we've grown to 70+ team members and helped over 1,200 clients across the globe to achieve their goals.
Around 40 of our team are based here in Orkney, with additional team members working remotely across the UK, US, and Australia.
We are Bullhorn's longest-standing SI (systems integrator) partner, and part of the wider Bullhorn marketplace - an ecosystem of partners who help recruitment businesses configure and adapt their Bullhorn software to meet their unique needs. One way to think about what we do: Bullhorn is the mobile phone, and you buy apps from us to customise it.
Our solutions cover AI, data management, document automation, compliance and scheduling, and custom development - all tailored to your business. We also implement Bullhorn, support migrations, and carry out data updates, working with recruitment agencies of all sizes and complexities.
