Shaalder Apartments are our newest additions and comprise of 3 unique, modern apartments in the centre of Kirkwall.

Close to transport links, shops, restaurants and sites of interest; here is your perfect base from where to launch your Orkney adventures! Our 3 different Shaalder Apartments sleep 2 to 4 guests.

MUCKLE GREEN HOLM

Sleeps 2.

This cosy bolthole is perfect for one or two people. The main living space is open plan and the bedroom has a comfortable superking bed.

COPINSAY

Sleeps 4.

Beautiful modern first floor apartment with open plan living/dining/kitchen space. Sleeps 4 people in one superking bedroom and one twin bedroom.

GAIRSAY

Sleeps 4.

Lovely open plan apartment with bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs. Sleeps 4 in one superking bedroom and one with twin/superking option with en suite bathroom. Wet room style family bathroom with shower and separate bath plus third bathroom upstairs with shower and toilet.

IN ALL PROPERTIES

  • Comfortable temperature is maintained with air source heating.
  • Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, fridge freezer.
  • Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi.
  • Hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer
  • All bedding, towels and electricity are provided at no extra charge.
  • Recycling facilities
  • Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided).
  • Welcome pack containing Orkney milk, locally made biscuits, fairtrade tea/coffee/sugar and a copy of the weekly 'Orcadian' newspaper
  • There will also be some laundry tablets/liquid, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc
  • All our properties operate a strict no smoking and no pet policy.
