Saddle up, ladies -it’s time to round up your friends and ride into town for Kirkwall BID’s Girls’ Day 2025!
This year, we’re going country chic with a Cowgirl theme - so grab your hats, pull on your boots, and get ready for a fun-filled shopping day celebrating all things local, lively, and a little bit wild!
What’s Happening:
BID Tent (11am - 3pm) - Pop by for interactive activities, giveaways, and themed fun throughout the afternoon.
Kirkwall & St Ola Town Hall (11am - 3pm) - Kirkwall BID will be hosting cowboy hat decorating and a photo booth.
Line Dancing (2pm - 3pm) - Kirkwall BID are providing a FREE line dancing class at the Neuk (Albert Hotel), lead by Donna from Orkney Dance and Fitness. - Booking is essential. Open to all abilities. - CLICK HERE TO BOOK
Shop Local Specials - Local businesses will be offering exclusive Girls’ Day Out discounts, treats, and surprises - the perfect excuse for a little retail therapy!
Cowgirl Vibes Everywhere - Expect western-inspired window displays, music, and much more.
Dress the Part! - Dust off your denim, fringe, and sparkle - prizes for the best-dressed cowgirls!
