From the colourful summer bunting that brightens our streets to the warm glow of the winter lights, the BID works hard to keep Kirkwall looking beautiful in every season. Our planters, filled with locally sourced flowers, add a burst of Orkney charm that visitors and locals love.
We make it easier for people to explore the town with free maps of the BID area, updated each season to reflect what’s new and exciting. And behind the scenes, we’re constantly promoting our Members’ businesses on social media, celebrating their achievements, and shining a spotlight on the fantastic work they do.
