We're delighted to announce the winner of our fancy dress competition after the Halloween parade was cancelled due to the harsh Orkney weather.
Whilst we had lots of great entries, the volunteers from Mind On chose Grace Barnett (age 2) as the winner. Grace was dressed as the mouse from The Gruffalo story, with the costume beautifully made by her mum, Kasia.
