Take away and home delivery services are also available and since opening in June 2005, our attempt to introduce a more modern style of Indian dining to Orkney has enjoyed tremendous success!
Our broad menu incorporates many classic dishes traditionally served in Curry Houses. However, these are accompanied by a new wave of more authentic dishes. We have also taken a number of steps to make every dish on our menu as healthy as we can. Dil Se’s unique recipes reflect our head chef’s own inspiration and some of the improved dishes introduced by Britain’s best Indian restaurants over recent years.
Dil Se is also a socially responsible Orkney Business, committed to the island’s economy. We employ between 4 & 6 islanders at any time and all of our supplies are sourced through local businesses. Our spices are also supplied through a special arrangement with a local importer.
